A summary does not replace the source. Legal, audit, and policy decisions require a responsible person to open and verify the original.
Error or state code: SUMMARY_SCOPE_INCOMPLETE
If the state repeats, follow the next action shown in Status. Do not alter the source or delete failure records; request support with a redacted diagnostics bundle.
