What Orbivell does not silently finalize
OCR time varies with resolution, tables, skew, and CPU. GIF, HEIC, and video are not supported inputs.
Error or state code: LOCAL_OCR_RUNTIME_UNAVAILABLE
If the state repeats, follow the next action shown in Status. Do not alter the source or delete failure records; request support with a redacted diagnostics bundle.
