Verify that approval receipts and actual debit or release outcomes remain in the append-only ledger and that any request that could exceed per-task, UTC-day, or UTC-month caps is blocked before approval and transfer.
Local-only mode has zero external requests and zero credit debit; external AI debits only actual usage within the approved scope.

LIMITS AND ERRORS
What Orbivell does not silently finalize
Model prices are not hard-coded in the UI, and estimates can differ from actual debit with provider usage. An unresolved reservation counts conservatively at its maximum estimate until reconciliation completes, and Orbivell does not auto-purchase when balance or a cap is reached.
Error or state code: AI_CREDIT_OR_APPROVAL_REQUIRED
If the state repeats, follow the next action shown in Status. Do not alter the source or delete failure records; request support with a redacted diagnostics bundle.
