Orbivell 1.5.1 HELP

From first install to evidence-bound deliverables

Thirty-eight paired Korean and English articles help a first-time personal Windows user complete core tasks without a separate manual.

A

Get started

  1. 01Get a first result in five minutesDownload the signed Windows installer, complete setup, then verify the Web, local indexing service, and OCR readiness on the status screen. Existing data is checkpointed before migration, and a failed install can return to the last known good version.
  2. 03Use the Demo WorkspaceCreate the installed synthetic ESG, contract, and audit Demo Workspace to try a question, source verification, conflict or gap review, and approved DOCX/PDF generation in about five minutes without using personal documents.
  3. 05Register a workspace and folderRegister a read-only source folder, retrieval purpose, and separate output folder in a workspace so Orbivell can prepare supported documents for local indexing.
  4. 04Supported files, size, and operating limitsThe global profile supports PDF, Office, TXT, Markdown, CSV, and other documented formats. Standalone JPG/PNG images and video are excluded, and file-count, size, and folder limits are shown before registration.

B

Evidence-based expert search

  1. 06Indexing and search readinessRead discovered, ready, queued, processing, and unreadable counts together with progress. A snapshot is complete when queued and processing are zero and the verification time has advanced; unreadable items stay separate from searchable documents.
  2. 09Question types and search scopeSelect up to four knowledge folders and state the fact, period, and unit you need. Orbivell combines keyword and dense retrieval to return relevant evidence, and keeps the result set until you run another search.
  3. 34Fact-checking questionsAsk for a person, date, amount, figure, or policy identifier that can be checked directly in sources, and review each claim with its file plus page or cell location.
  4. 38Summary and policy questionsAsk for a concise summary of a long document or policy scope, then inspect the evidence used for each summary claim and what was not covered.
  5. 11Compare documents and figuresComparison places each document's value, unit, and effective date in one table and binds every populated cell to evidence. Unit conversion and date calculations use deterministic rules while preserving original and normalized values.
  6. 37Procedure and sequence questionsFind the ordered steps, owner, inputs, deadlines, and exceptions in manuals or policies and verify each step against its source location.
  7. 10Verify the source locationUse Open source on an evidence item to navigate to its document revision and page, slide, sheet, paragraph, or cell. The strongest matching sentence is highlighted, and the current file hash is checked against the indexed snapshot.
  8. 35Review insufficient evidenceFirst check selected folders, ready document count, question type, period, and terminology. Then review retrieval plan, fallback reason, excluded/unreadable/stale states, and refine the question or scope.
  9. 12Resolve conflicts with user judgmentOrbivell distinguishes SUPPORTED, PARTIAL, CONFLICT, NOT_FOUND, NEEDS_REVIEW, and SOURCE_CHANGED. When sources disagree, it does not invent a winner; it shows each value, revision, and supporting evidence.
  10. 24Create a document draft from evidenceDocument Studio creates a sectioned, field-aware draft using only evidence selected and pinned from search. Missing or conflicting evidence stays blank or under review, and no file is generated before user confirmation.

C

Intake, extraction, and mapping

  1. 36Smart document intakeSmart document intake classifies new, changed, failed, and stale documents without altering sources, then suggests a next action based on format, duplicate, parsing, OCR, and review state.
  2. 07Review low-confidence OCRImage-only PDFs and images embedded in supported documents use the installed local PaddleOCR runtime. Orbivell does not use external OCR or automatic cloud upload; low-confidence pages can be corrected and reprocessed from Review.
  3. 13Extract structured informationChoose a field schema to propose structured values from document text, tables, and locators. Every value is linked to source evidence and remains unconfirmed until review.
  4. 14Validate, correct, and approve fieldsAfter extraction, deterministic validators recheck dates, numbers, currencies, codes, required values, and allowed ranges. The same input yields the same validation result independently of any LLM explanation.
  5. 15Map Excel and CSV fieldsOrbivell compares spreadsheet columns with an approved read-only database schema and proposes mappings. Only mappings approved after sample, type, duplicate, and missing-value preview can proceed.
  6. 32Map read-only SQLite dataOpen an allowed local SQLite database read-only, preview tables, views, and columns, and map them to document fields without executing writes, DDL, or ATTACH.
  7. 23Review document and data consistencyAudit readiness compares required items with current evidence and shows ready, missing, review, and excluded states. Missing items are never hidden as success; an owner and reason can be recorded.

Reports and document generation

  1. 16Data-driven recurring reportsA recurring report binds approved documents, tables, database fields, and calculation rules into a versioned definition. Every run rechecks the current evidence snapshot and missing/conflicting states.
  2. 17Schedule, preview, and approveSave the schedule, reporting period, template, and output location for a recurring report, then review current-evidence preview and changes and approve that run only.
  3. 33Local evidence, AI-assisted work, and external researchArtifact Studio can use local evidence, optional AI-assisted drafting, and external research while keeping each source type separate; external transfer or research requires scope, provider, and estimated-credit approval.
  4. 18Knowledge Artifact StudioKnowledge Artifact Studio assembles approved local evidence and optional AI output into a common structure, then previews, compares, and generates supported DOCX, PDF, and PPTX deliverables.
  5. 25Generate DOCX and PDFAn approved draft can be generated as new DOCX and PDF files, followed by structure, table, style, citation, and manifest validation. If a filename already exists, Orbivell requests a different name instead of overwriting it.
  6. 26Generate PPTXPPTX generation creates editable text, tables, charts, and source notes from an approved artifact AST. It reuses template themes and masters and can regenerate only stale slides.
  7. 27Verify output format, compatibility, and qualityGenerated-file provenance records template version, evidence IDs, source revisions, approval hash, output hash, and generation time. Full local paths and sensitive source content are excluded from exported metadata.

Contracts and audit

  1. 19Review contract changes and risksContract analysis presents parties, obligations, conditions, amounts, and risk candidates with clause locators. It separates source language from normalized interpretation and does not claim legal judgment.
  2. 20Manage obligations, expiry, and renewalOrbivell extracts expiry, renewal conditions, and notice deadlines from source clauses and calculates dates deterministically. It does not finalize a deadline when dates or business-day rules are missing.
  3. 21Analyze source changes and impactCompare added, removed, and modified clauses across two revisions and trace impact to obligations, deadlines, amounts, and deliverables. Text differences and semantic impact remain separate states.
  4. 22Create an audit evidence packageAn audit package writes approved documents, data, evidence, approval history, and a SHA-256 manifest into a new ZIP. Review a full or delta scope and approve that exact plan once before generation.
  5. 30Verifier, redaction, and manifestUse the independent verifier to validate an audit package manifest and hashes, and review a redaction preview for personal or secret values before export.

F

Personal Document and agent

  1. 28Personal Document WorkspaceThe Personal Document Workspace shows today's work, user confirmations, evidence attention, contract dates, recurring reports, recent outputs, failures or retries, and source changes from actual local state.
  2. 29Safe File Agent and natural-language workflowsFile actions first show a snapshot and dry-run result. Execution requires one-time approval of that exact plan hash; cancellation or target changes invalidate the approval.
  3. 08Use locally synchronized foldersOrbivell compares content, size, modification time, and hashes so only changed files are processed incrementally. Unchanged completed folders are not reparsed on every scan; move, delete, and duplicate events update revision and stale state.

G

External processing, account, and recovery

  1. 31Local-only mode, external processing, usage, and creditsSeparate local-only and external-AI modes, and only when external AI is selected review the provider, transfer content, estimated credits, balance, cap, and stop policy before approval.
  2. 02Passes, updates, recovery, and supportActivate a 14-day trial or a one-time 3-month or 12-month pass on one PC, and review signed updates, automatic recovery, and redacted support steps in one place.
Every article states Orbivell 1.5.1, applicable editions, the last verified build, a synthetic Demo example, limits, and an error code.
