Open Add folder from My Data and choose the source path. Review discovered, supported, excluded, and unsupported counts, then set the retrieval purpose and AI-transfer default before confirming.
In My Data, confirm that the document inventory and knowledge-folder list agree on searchable-document count, readiness, and the last full verification time.
Sources are not changed, moved, or deleted. After completion, only changed files are processed incrementally, and another folder can be added as an independent profile.

LIMITS AND ERRORS
What Orbivell does not silently finalize
Up to 100 folders and 10,000 discovered files per scan are supported. Source and output locations cannot overlap, and online-only placeholders are not accepted as complete files.
Error or state code: FOLDER_PREFLIGHT_REJECTED
If the state repeats, follow the next action shown in Status. Do not alter the source or delete failure records; request support with a redacted diagnostics bundle.
