What Orbivell does not silently finalize
File count, document count, and searchable chunk count differ. Do not treat an in-progress count as final coverage.
Error or state code: INDEX_RECONCILIATION_REQUIRED
If the state repeats, follow the next action shown in Status. Do not alter the source or delete failure records; request support with a redacted diagnostics bundle.
