Orbivell provides a Windows local knowledge workspace, account and device authorization, and an optional AI gateway. The Web service is not a repository for local files.

Orbivell Terms
Terms for the Windows local knowledge product, free trial, one-time passes, account, and optional AI Gateway.
Personal plans
Standard and Pro are 3-month or 12-month passes for one registered Windows PC. Every pass is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Korean prices include VAT; tax for global pricing is calculated at checkout.
Trial and AI allowance
The no-card 14-day trial is granted once per verified account and one registered PC with 3,000 AI credits. The 3-month Standard and Pro passes include 6,000 and 18,000 credits; the 12-month passes include 20,000 and 60,000.
Payment, withdrawal, and refunds
Before payment, review product, duration, amount, VAT inclusion, and no-auto-renewal status. Cancellation and refunds follow applicable e-commerce law, actual delivery and usage, and the published refund policy.
User responsibilities
Review AI transfer previews and Evidence, and do not include document content, full paths, or secrets in support requests.
Account termination
Account deletion removes the Web account and device authorization but does not delete local files, indexes, or cards. Local removal is a separate PC action.
