Orbivell Terms
Terms for the Windows local document product, free trial, one-time passes, account, and optional external processing.
Personal plans
Standard and Pro are 30-day or 1-year passes for one registered Windows PC. Every pass is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Korean prices include VAT; tax for global pricing is calculated at checkout.
Trial and external-processing allowance
The no-card 14-day trial is granted once per verified account and one registered PC and includes no LLM API usage. Paid pass prices also include no LLM API credits; signed-in users must separately top up credits for external processing. No free API credits · external LLM processing uses purchased credits. No credits are granted automatically for sign-up, trial, or a new pass purchase. Confirmed benefits from legacy catalogs and existing balances retain their original terms. When the balance is empty, purchase credits directly to use external APIs. There is no automatic purchase or charge; local features allowed by the current pass remain available.
Payment, withdrawal, and refunds
Before payment, review product, duration, amount, VAT inclusion, and no-auto-renewal status. AI credits are topped up in KRW 11,000 units, VAT included, are generally not subject to discretionary refunds, and do not expire. Statutory rights and corrections for duplicate payment, overpayment, wrong debit, service non-delivery, or causes attributable to Orbivell or its payment provider are handled separately with evidence and authority. Windows pass cancellations and refunds follow the published refund policy.
User responsibilities
Review external-transfer previews and source references, and do not include document content, full paths, or secrets in support requests.
Account termination
Account deletion removes the Web account and device authorization but does not delete local files, indexes, or cards. Local removal is a separate PC action.
