Delete your Orbivell account directly
You can start and complete deletion on the Web without reinstalling the app or making a separate support request.
DELETION STEPS
Complete deletion in four steps
2 · Export if needed
You can download your account records as JSON from Account before deletion.
3 · Confirm ownership
In Privacy and account, enter your current password and the confirmation text DELETE.
4 · Complete immediately
After deletion succeeds, all Web sessions end and the account can no longer sign in.
WHAT IS REMOVED
Sign-in data and direct identifiers are removed
Removed
Protected password data, sign-in sessions, one-time account actions, account email, username, display name, phone, membership region, and any legacy external-account connection records are removed or replaced with a non-recoverable value.
Access revoked
Server authorization and refresh tokens for registered Windows PCs are revoked, and the device label is anonymized. A deleted account cannot use a new pass or server feature.
Necessary records retained
Account, device, and entitlement identifiers and creation, deletion, or revocation timestamps needed to prove deletion and access revocation, plus transaction and entitlement records required for legal obligations, payment, refunds, disputes, security, or audit, may be retained only for those purposes and for the period defined by the privacy policy.
Local PC data
Source documents, the local index, cards, and work history on the PC are not remotely deleted with the Web account. Remove them separately in Orbivell on that PC.
