The Web manages accounts, passes, devices, external-processing approval, and support. Search and document creation remain in the Windows app.

FIRST USE
Start on the Web in this order
1 · Account
New registration is currently closed. Sign in with an existing account.
2 · Trial or pass
Choose the 14-day trial or a one-time 30-day or 1-year Standard or Pro pass. There is no automatic renewal.
3 · Device
Authorize the one Windows PC you will use and review its status in Account.
4 · Install
Install the verified Windows package, then follow the five-minute start guide in program help.
ACCOUNT AND ENTITLEMENT
Read the displayed state as it is
Sign-in and email verification
Manage the sign-in session and email-verification state. Password reset is available only when email delivery is configured.
Standard
Use the full local Windows workflow, including verification, automation, and supported document outputs. External LLM processing requires purchased credits and approval before execution.
Pro
Adds remote Web/mobile document work to everything in Standard and eligibility for the separately released PC Inference Pack.
Trial
Evaluate local search, source review, and bounded document workflows for 14 days. Neither the trial nor a paid pass includes LLM API credits; after sign-in, separately topped-up credits enable paid LLM processing in the same workspace.
Account deletion
Start account deletion from the public guide without reinstalling the app. Deleting the Web account and deleting local PC data are separate actions.
Open account deletion guideA Pro badge appears only on genuinely Pro-only work such as remote Web/mobile workflows and the PC Inference Pack. An unbadged article can still contain actions limited by the current account, pass, source permission, or external-processing settings.
EXTERNAL PROCESSING
Review transfer and credits before execution
Local work
Local indexing, keyword search, and opening sources do not use external-processing credits.
Before approval
Review the external-processing service, excerpts, question, estimate, and maximum. No external request is sent before approval.
After execution
Settlement uses actual usage; an amount awaiting final confirmation remains held conservatively.
Insufficient balance
The action is blocked before execution and credits are never purchased automatically. Review passes and credits in Account.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Check status first when something fails
Cannot sign in
Check the email, Caps Lock, and verification state; use password reset only when it is available.
Pass or device mismatch
Review the plan, expiry, and registered PC in Account. Revoking a device removes server authorization but does not remotely delete local documents.
External processing is disconnected
The disconnected state is shown explicitly while local features remain available. Purchase and execution stay unavailable until external processing is connected.
Repeated failure
Check service status and the error code, then contact support without source text, full paths, passwords, or tokens.
